Why do high-speed punches need frequent maintenance

A high-speed punch is a stamping press. In production, the stamping process has the advantages of saving data and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators, and inability to manufacture machined products through various mold applications compared with traditional machining, so it is more and more widely used.

For punch equipment, daily maintenance work is very important, because good maintenance work can effectively extend the service life of the equipment and improve work efficiency. Therefore, if the equipment cannot be maintained effectively, or the equipment cannot be maintained for a long time, it will cause equipment damage, such as:
1. Stroke adjustment screw: add lubricating oil once per shift. Each filling is about 3ml (press the oiler 3-4 times).
Unmaintained Result: 1. The stroke adjustment does not move, and the stroke wrench is damaged. 2. The ball screw is damaged.
2. Manipulator: refill once per shift, add lubricating oil. Each filling is about 0.5 ml (press the oiler 2-3 times).
Unmaintained Result: 1. The pulling force of the traction electromagnet is too large, and the coil of the electromagnet is burned; 2. The operation of the sliding key is insensitive to sliding, the response is slow, and the machine tool works continuously, causing accidents. 3. Affect the service life of the sliding key.
3. Clutch: refill twice per shift, add lubricating oil. Each filling is about 10ml (press the oil pot and half a pot)
Unmaintained Result: 1. The copper bushing is seriously worn and damaged; 2. The crankshaft is severely worn; 3. The operation key is damaged; 4. The pin is damaged; 5. The work efficiency is reduced;
4. Punch drive bearing: one plate on the left and right sides. Inject calcium-based grease once a month. About 100 grams per injection (capacity φ50×150mm grease gun, one third of the grease gun is injected each time)
Unmaintained Result: 1. Bearing damage; 2. Serious wear on the drive shaft; 3. Serious wear on the high-speed transmission gear; 4. Serious wear on the V-belt.
5. Smooth conversion valve: The yellow dial is the fixed-point line, the fixed-point line is aligned with the dial, and 1.2.3.4.5 oil pipes are added twice per shift, and 70% calcium base grease and 30% mechanical oil are added each time. 10mm oil, 7mm oil cup (110mm) per fill.
Unmaintained Result: 1. The connecting rod bush is severely worn and damaged; 2. The crankshaft copper bearing is severely worn and damaged; 3. The slider guide rail is severely worn.
6. Brake: Refill once a day, about 1 ml of lubricating oil each time (press the oil pot 1-2 times)
Result of non-maintenance: 1. The bushing is damaged; 2. The bushing does not rotate, causing the brake band to crack. 3. Affect the service life of the punch;
7. Climbing wheel: refill once a day, about 1 ml of mixed oil each time (press the oil pot 1-2 times)
Unmaintained results: Insensitive to climbing, reducing work efficiency.
8. High-speed transmission teeth. Working gear: Fill it once a day, add 70% calcium base grease and 30% mechanical oil, stop rotating, add about 12 mixed oil, and spread it evenly in the middle of the gear.

Unmaintained results: 1. The gears are severely worn; 2. The teeth are lost.
