     The functions of smoothness in precision punch bearings mainly include: preventing metal rusting, avoiding foreign matter intrusion, acting as a seal, discharging collision heat, avoiding excessive bearing temperature rise, reducing collision and wear, and extending bearing service life.
     Fully automatic high-speed punches generally cause poor lubrication of bearings: lack of lubricating oil (lubricant), lubricating oil pipes blocked by foreign objects, etc., the quality of lubricating oil (lubricating grease) has problems, and there are impurities in lubricating grease (lubricating grease) that are not added on time .
     Bearing wear: high-speed automatic punch bearing is an important part of all kinds of large and small machinery. Some machines (such as crushers) have a lot of dust in the working environment. When a part of the fine powder enters the bearing seat running at high speed, it will form lubricating oil or grease in the bearing seat, which will lead to poor lubrication and wear. With the increase of friction and the addition of heat, the bearing continues to work in a worn state, so that the temperature of the high-speed punch bearing rises.
     Incorrect installation: Incorrect installation is another important cause of bearing heating. Because the support device is correct or not, it has a direct impact on its life and the accuracy of the host, so it is required that the center line of the shaft and the bearing hole should be coincident in the device. If the bearing device is not correct, the accuracy is low, the bearing has deflection, and torque will be generated during rotation, which will cause the bearing to heat up or wear. In addition, the bearing will vibrate, the noise will increase, and the temperature rise will also increase.

     Lack of cooling: C-type punch pipeline blockage, improper selection of cooler, poor cooling effect, etc. The smooth tube cooler is fouled and blocked, which will lead to poor cooling effect, especially in summer production, this problem is particularly common. The chiller of the chiller is added by a single chiller to increase the cooling capacity. The cooler of the punch press is seriously fouled and the bearing temperature is too high, and an alarm phenomenon occurs frequently. This situation is encountered in many production sites. The more effective treatment method for the C-type punch is to treat the cooler with acid scale before the summer every year.
