1. The material of the product must be a metal material to be able to carry out the h-type high-speed punch.
2. The thickness and total width of the product, generally higher than 5 mm, are not suitable for high-speed stamping, and the total width of the stamped product is restrained by the high-speed mold.
3. The products stamped by the high-speed punching machine must be piped and cut, otherwise high-speed stamping cannot be carried out.
4. According to the characteristics of the stamping process to be carried out, the size of large batches, the geometrical specifications of the stamping parts (if the thickness is too thin, whether it needs to be stretched, the appearance design of the test product) and the precision regulations.
  • Large, medium and small parts, curved parts, stretched parts, and polyester parts can be produced by tilting punching machine manufacturers, using open-type mechanical equipment punching machines.
  • In the production of small and medium-sized stamping parts, the mechanical equipment punching machine in the form of closed test structure is selected.
  • Four-column hydraulic press is used for the production of small and large batch production and the production of large and medium-sized thick steel plate stamping parts.
  • For mass production or the start of many manufacturing of complex parts, high-speed presses or multi-process fully automatic presses are used.
5. The specification and model shall be clarified according to the specification and stamping force of the stamping die of the stamping enterprise management department.
  • The pound rating of the selected punch must exceed the total punching force required for punching.
  • The stroke arrangement of the crankshaft punch should be moderate: the key height of the stroke arrangement immediately harms the mold shell and the lead process is too large, the HOTVAR mold steel mold base and the reaming drill are separated.
  • The closing height of the punch should be consistent with the closing height of the stamping die, that is, the closing height of the stamping die is close to the middle of the larger closing height and the smallest closing height of the punch.
  • The specifications of the cabinet table must exceed the size of the lower mold seat of the mold shell during the punching work, and leave room for installation and fixation, but the operating table should not be too large to prevent the operating table from not being able to bear very well.
