How to debug the die card phenomenon of high speed punch

2022-11-03

High speed punching presses are commonly used mechanical equipment in industrial processing, so as a mechanical equipment, due to certain factors, failures will inevitably occur during long-term use. For this device, a common failure is the die jam phenomenon, so we will teach you how to debug this problem.

1. Motor debugging method:

1. The position of the crankshaft of the high speed punch should be confirmed before the bottom dead center or the bottom dead center.

2. Adjust the clutch to 5.5kg/cm². The motor follows the bottom dead center of the original slider. If the bottom dead center of the slider is seen, the motor reverses.

3. Motor starter, driven pulley idling, full speed rotation.

2. Debugging method of overload oil pump:

High speed punch overload oil pump screw Loosen the screw, then move the slider to the upper stop, then the lock can hear a loud noise. When overloaded, the high speed punch load detection equipment can immediately emergency stop to ensure the die and punch.

1. The internal pressure of the oil circuit bolts of the overload protection device of the front slider is reduced, and then the bolts are fixed in place.

2. The perforated motor pulley starts to idle and moves frequently at full speed.

The charging and discharging points of the operation switch and the operation button switch. If the clutch does not work, it will overshoot the load switch, reset the switch position, and repeat the charge and discharge operation to the top dead center of the push button switch slider.

3. The full score of the upper and lower molds will exceed the same overload to open the stop valve in the pipeline, and the device resets the operation sequence and can operate normally.

Therefore, when using a high speed punch, it can be debugged according to the above two debugging methods, so as to solve the equipment mold problem in a timely and effective manner, and avoid the impact of equipment failure on work efficiency.
