1. High speed punch machine body material: The high speed punch machine body provides support, fixation and stability for the normal operation of the punch press. The rigidity and stability of the fuselage have a great influence on the precision of the punch. The advantage of the steel plate welded body is that the steel plate is used for welding, which is more flexible, the processing difficulty is simpler than that of casting, and it is easier to meet the customization requirements of non-standard users.

The cast steel fuselage is moulded and formed in one piece. Due to the casting method, it has obtained a more special structure inside, so that the effect of absorbing resonance of the fuselage is stronger than that of the welded steel fuselage. At the same time, because it is integrally formed, the stability is stronger than that of the welded steel body.

2. Excellent processing technology of high speed punch. Mechanical punches generally use gears and transmission shafts for transmission, so the machining accuracy of the gears and the concentricity of the shaft, the machining accuracy of the shaft hole, the accuracy of the bearing bush and the degree of wear resistance are also important factors that affect the accuracy of the punch.

3. The precision of the slider and guide rail of the high-speed punch press. The sliding block is the direct working part of the high-speed punching machine, and it is generally made of cast steel as a whole, or made of forged steel by milling. The accuracy of the slider and the guide rail is a whole, and the main factors affecting the accuracy of the slider and the guide rail are the machining accuracy and the assembly process.

4. Balancing device for high-speed punch slider. When the punch is being processed, the slider falls, and after the work is completed, it will be subjected to the reaction force of the mold. The reaction force and the accuracy error of the guide rail will cause slight changes in the trajectory of the slider. After installing the slider balance device, the slider and the guide rail can keep running in parallel.

5. The precision of the bottom surface of the slider and the table of the high-speed punch press. The upper mold of the mold is installed on the bottom of the slider, and the lower mold and other feeding and blanking equipment are installed on the worktable. Both workbenches are made of cast steel or forged steel. After the casting is completed, the milling machine is first used for milling, and then the surface grinder is used for grinding to ensure its accuracy. When assembling, you need to use the instrument to measure, find the error in time to scrape and grind to adjust.

6. High-speed punch installation environment and shock-absorbing footings. Large-tonnage punches, precision punching equipment, and high-speed punches need to be installed with anti-vibration pits during installation, and different punches are poured according to the positions of their mounting holes and pins. Small punches are generally installed with shock-proof foundations.
