Characteristics of precision punching parts

2022-07-05

The requirements for the shape and size of the stamping parts in the stamping process of the precision punching machine, the stamping parts of different shapes and sizes need different stamping processing methods, so the specific requirements for the shape and size of the stamping parts in the stamping process of various high-speed punching machines are as follows:
(1) The shape of the stamping parts is simple and symmetrical, which is conducive to the production and service life of the mold.
(2) The shape of the stamping parts and the corners of the inner holes should not have sharp corners under normal circumstances.
(3) Slender cantilevers and narrow grooves should be avoided on stamping parts, so that the mold structure is simple and the manufacturing and maintenance are convenient. If the workpiece is required to have a cantilever and a narrow groove, the width of the cantilever and the narrow profile should be greater than 2 times the material thickness.
(4) The size of the hole on the stamping part cannot be too small, and the minimum punching size is related to the type of material, performance, hole shape and die structure.
(5) The distance between the hole and the hole and the hole and the edge of the stamping part should not be too small, otherwise it will affect the strength, life of the die and the quality of the arbitration part.
(6) The shape and size of the bending parts should be as symmetrical as possible, and the left and right bending radii should be the same to ensure the balance of the sheet during bending and prevent sliding.
(7) The bending radius of the bending parts of the high-speed punch should not be too small or too large. If the bending radius is too small, cracks will occur during bending; if the bending radius is too large, elastic rebound will occur.
As we all know, the use of high-speed punches saves a lot of costs compared to low-speed punches. The stamping parts have high precision and good quality, helping enterprises to achieve more and faster products. In addition to these advantages, high-speed punching can also reduce costs in the following ways:
(1) The working equipment design of metal stamping parts has good stamping performance.
(2) Before operating the high-speed punch, the stamping plan should be as reasonable as possible.
(3) The material selection of the workpiece should be appropriate, and the material utilization rate should be high. Improve material utilization and rational layout.
(4) Minimize the manufacturing cost of the mold, and at the same time protect the mold during use to extend the service life of the mold.
(5) Try to realize the mechanization and ization of the stamping process of high-speed punching machines. In mass production, the stamping process is mechanized.
(6) When the C-type punch is manually operated, relevant systems should be formulated to ensure the safety of personnel operation and the professionalism of manual operation of the machine.

(7) When the high-speed punch is in production, pay attention to the advance treatment of the power failure to avoid the damage to the machine caused by the forced power failure.
