High-speed punch use and operation requirements

Operators of high speed punching machines must learn, master the structure and performance of the equipment, be familiar with the operating procedures and obtain operating licenses before they can operate independently. The safety protection and control devices on the equipment must be used correctly and must not be dismantled arbitrarily.
1. When installing or disassembling the mold, be sure to ensure that the power supply is interrupted.
2. Before the wear of the knife edge reaches the burr exceeding the standard, the knife edge should be repaired in time.
3. Use manual or automatic methods to debug the height of use, and proceed step by step. Before confirming the adjustment, it is strictly forbidden to connect cars.
4. The operator should first learn the operating rules of the high-speed punching machine, understand the structure and performance of the equipment, the transmission device, and be familiar with the processing technology and the correct use of the tooling tools on the high speed punching machine.
5. It is strictly forbidden to press the interlayer feeding, and the second feeding can only be carried out after the net punching or the remaining material is removed.
6. Cleaning. The inside and outside of the equipment should be kept clean, without "yellow robes", and the sliding surfaces, lead screws, racks, and gears are free of oil and damage; no oil, water, or air leakage in all parts, and iron filings are thoroughly cleaned.
7. Strictly implement the system of appointing people and machines and post responsibility to ensure the correct use of high-speed punching machines and the implementation of daily maintenance work. High-speed punches operated by multiple people should implement the captain's responsibility system, and the captain is responsible for the use and maintenance work.
8. When disassembling the mold, be sure to do it in the closed state.
9. It is generally avoided that more than two people operate the punch at the same time. If necessary, there must be a special person instructed and responsible for the operation of the pedal device.
10. Be sure to check the punching force and prohibit overload operation.
11. Be sure to check the installation status of the mold regularly. If it is loose or slipped, it should be adjusted in time.
12. Keep lubricated. Refuel and change the oil on time, and the oil quality meets the requirements; the oil gun, oil pot, oil cup and oil nozzle are complete, the linoleum felt and oil line are clean, the oil window is bright, and the oil circuit is smooth.
13. It is strictly forbidden to carry out any part of the body in production. There should be special tools for feeding and unloading of the mold.
14. The power supply must be cut off after the production is over.
15. Familiar with the vulnerable parts of the equipment, know the integrity inspection items, standards and methods, and be able to carry out daily inspections according to regulations.
16. The high-speed punch must regularly check the installation of the mold, and if it is loose or slipped, it should be adjusted in time.
17. In the event of an equipment accident, immediately cut off the power supply, maintain the scene, and report to the production foreman and workshop mechanic (division) in time for handling. When analyzing the accident, it should truthfully explain what happened. It should be directly responsible for accidents caused by violation of operating regulations.
18. Before working, check whether the punch guard is complete and whether the flywheel runs smoothly; whether the upper and both sides of the pedal device are protected, and whether the operation is reliable and flexible; and remove the objects that hinder the operation at the workplace.

19. When dismantling the mold, be sure to do it in the closed state.
