2. Rate selection of high-speed punches: There are two types of speed for Taiwan and China punches on the market, called high-speed punches, one is 400 times/min and the other is 1000 times/min. If your commodity mold requires a rate of 300 times per minute or higher, you should choose a punch with 1000 times per minute. Since the equipment cannot be used to the limit, and the punch within 400 times/min generally does not have a forced lubrication system, only butter is used to lubricate part of the joint. In addition, the punching needle structure adopts a slider type, and the accuracy cannot be guaranteed. In long-term work, the damage is rapid, the accuracy is reduced, the mold is easily damaged, the equipment and mold maintenance rate is high, and the time is delayed and the delivery time is jeopardized.
3. Appearance structure of high-speed punch press: high-quality structure can ensure the accuracy of the equipment. The appearance structure of the punch press has become imitated in the industry. The foot of the punch is the basic of the machine, and the foot of some brands of punch is not large in the same tonnage. The outer casing is the guarantee of the precision of the machine, and the outer casing of the punch press is forged by the Japanese company Sodick. The crankshaft and the key steel connected to it are all imported from Japan. The bearings are made of Swedish SKF bearings. In order to make the (dynamic) precision in the stamping work higher, the punch press adopts a spring-yellow balance system behind the slider, while some brand punches do not have this arrangement. The punch press adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which has low functional loss and saves up to 30% of power for a high-speed punch with the same tonnage.
