D Type Power Press usage process

The D type power press is a common mechanical device used in industrial applications such as metal processing and plastic molding. The following is the usage process of D type power press:

Preparation work: Check whether all parts of the machine are normal before use, such as the transmission system, electrical system, lubrication system, etc.

Adjust the mold: According to the needs, select the appropriate mold and install it, and adjust the distance between the mold and the upper and lower templates.

Prepare the workpiece: Prepare the workpiece to be processed and clean the surface to prevent impurities and dust from causing damage to the machine.

Turn on the power: Turn on the power, turn on the machine's power switch, and turn on the hydraulic pump station to keep the hydraulic system in working condition.

Load the workpiece: Place the workpiece on the lower template and adjust the position to ensure there is no offset or misalignment.

Control pressing: Press the pedal to move the upper template downward, apply pressure, and complete processing.

Complete processing: After processing is completed, release the pedal to stop the press and take out the processed workpiece.

Turn off the power: Turn off the power switch, stop the hydraulic pump station, disconnect the power cord, and clean and maintain the machine.
