Precautions for adjusting guide rail accuracy of high speed punching machine

The guide rails of high speed punching machines are divided into linear motion guide rails and circular motion guide rails according to the motion trajectory, and are divided into open guide rails and closed guide rails according to the force situation. According to the friction properties, it is divided into two types: sliding guide rail and rolling guide rail. According to the convex and concave state of the supporting guide rail, it can be divided into convex guide rail and concave guide rail; the convex triangle guide rail is called mountain guide rail, and the concave triangle guide rail is called V guide rail. The convex guide rail is not easy to store lubricating oil, but it is easy to remove debris such as chips on the guide rail surface. The concave guide rail is easy to store lubricating oil, and it is also easy to fall into chips and sundries, so a protective device must be provided.
What needs to be reminded here is that the high speed punch should pay attention to the following items when installing and adjusting the accuracy of the bed guide rail:
1. Pay attention to the stiffness of the foundation.
2. The ambient temperature should not change too much, and avoid direct sunlight and other heat sources (it is best to adjust in a constant temperature workshop).
3. Use precision measuring instruments (such as optical and laser collimators, electronic levels, etc.) to reduce measurement errors.
4. Make sure that the adjustment shim is in good contact with the connection surface of the foundation and the bed, so as to avoid the precision change caused by poor contact and ensure the stability of the punch precision.
5. When tightening the anchor screws, the force should be uniform, and the tightness of each screw and nut should be consistent, so as to ensure that the high-speed punch bed can be evenly pressed on the adjustment pad iron.

After adjustment, leave it for 24 hours and then recheck the accuracy of the guide rail of the bed. If the change is large, it should be readjusted. After the high-speed punch press has been in operation for one year, the accuracy of the bed needs to be adjusted again.
