Safe Production and Environmental Protection of High speed Punch Press

2023-02-02

(1) Common safety accidents in the production of high speed punching machines include scratches, cuts, bruises, injuries, and eye injuries caused by equipment, chips, welding slag, etc.; Injury caused by entry; electric shock caused by electricity; burns and burns caused by high temperature.
(2) Key points of the method to avoid safety accidents: obey the command of the company leader; strictly abide by the various safety operating procedures of the equipment; establish safety awareness and self-protection awareness;
(3) General requirements for safe operation in the manufacturing process of punching machines: strictly abide by the requirements for clothing. Wear the specified protective equipment as required; conduct a safety inspection before starting the machine to ensure that there is no fault before starting work; it is strictly forbidden to measure the size or check the surface roughness of the parts while the machine tool is running; use various cleaning tools to clean the machine as required.
The pollution generated in the overproduction of high-speed punching machinery mainly includes the following types:
(1) Emulsions are often used for cooling and lubrication during processing, and the emulsions contain caustic soda, oleic acid soap, ethanol and phenol.
(2) The main pollutants of metal surface treatment sewage, such as chromium, brocade, zinc and other metals, and chemicals such as sulfuric acid and sodium (potassium) fluoride should be added; when spraying paint, plastic spraying and asphalt on metal surfaces , some paint particles, benzene, toluene, xylene, cresol powder melted plastic residues and asphalt are discharged into the atmosphere; during surface oxidation (blackening) treatment, hydrogen chloride gas of waste acid and waste lye is often produced.
(3) The main pollutants discharged from metal heat treatment. For example, there is smoke and slag in the heating furnace; when quenching, it is necessary to prevent residual oxidation, and sometimes it is necessary to add deoxidizers such as titanium dioxide, silica gel, and silicon-calcium iron to the salt-dissolving furnace, resulting in waste salt slag.
(4) Contaminants discharged from certain production processes. The outer coating of the electrode and the flux will decompose the polluting gas; the working medium will also produce waste liquid and waste gas that pollute the environment during processing.

The use of green processing methods and technological measures. It is an urgent problem that the manufacturing industry needs to solve.
