1. Estimate the oil change method. According to the work experience of maintenance personnel and estimated some basic oil conditions, such as blackening, odor, milky white, etc. of high speed punch oil, decide whether to replace the oil.
2. Change the oil on time. According to the natural environmental standards, working standards and oil change intervals of ordinary refined oil where the high speed punching speed is located, it will be replaced after the expiration of the period. This method is very useful for companies with a lot of hydraulic machinery.
3. Sampling test method. Timely sampling tests are carried out on the oil in the four-column hydraulic press, the necessary new items (such as viscosity, acid number, water, particle size, composition and corrosion, etc.) and index values are measured, and the specific measured value of the oil is compared with the required oil change specification to determine whether the oil should be replaced. The hydraulic transmission system of major equipment such as TBM full-cross-section TBM should be sampled every 500 hours, and the technical documents of mechanical equipment should be filled in with test results. Generally, the hydraulic oil of 500 tons of high-speed punching equipment needs to be replaced after 3 months, and then every 6 months or again. Replace hydraulic oil JB/T9737.3-2000 standard. Remove residue and waste when replacing. After replacement, it is recommended to fill the hydraulic oil preservative, which regulates the viscosity and wetting performance of the old hydraulic oil.
