1. The amount of lubricating oil is too low, and the oil suction port cannot absorb oil, so it is necessary to supply oil to the restricted part immediately.

2. If there is gas in the lubricating oil, the vapor pressure cannot be reached. To discharge the gas in the oil, there is an exhaust pipe button or screw plug on the gasoline pump.

3. Some lubrication points are blocked and blocked. Generally, the punch press uses a layered oil separator to distribute the remaining oil. The blockage of one lubrication point will cause all the oil passages to be blocked. It is necessary to check the oil passage and each lubrication point. After finding the common fault points, it can be dealt with according to the cleaning method, and it is recommended to find a technical professional maintenance master to assist.
