Precautions for adjusting the accuracy of guide rails for high-speed punches

The high speed punch guide rail is divided into linear motion guide rail and circular motion guide rail according to the movement trajectory, and divided into open guide rail and closed guide rail according to the force condition. According to the nature of friction, it is divided into two types: sliding guide rail and rolling guide rail. According to the convex and concave state of the supporting guide rail, it can be divided into convex guide rail and concave guide rail; convex triangular guide rail is called mountain guide rail, and concave triangle guide rail is called V shaped guide rail. The convex guide rail is not easy to store lubricating oil, but it is easy to remove debris such as chips on the guide rail surface. The concave guide rail is easy to store lubricating oil, and it is also easy to fall into chips and sundries, so protective devices must be installed.
What needs to be reminded here is that the high speed punch should pay attention to the following matters when installing and adjusting the accuracy of the bed guide rail:
1. The stiffness of the foundation must be paid attention to.
2. The ambient temperature should not change too much, avoid direct sunlight and other heat sources (it is best to adjust it in a constant temperature workshop).
3. Use precision measuring instruments (such as optical and laser collimators, electronic levels, etc.) to reduce measurement errors.
4. Ensure that the adjustment pad is in good contact with the basic connecting surface and the connecting surface of the bed, so as to avoid accuracy changes caused by poor contact, and ensure stable punch accuracy.
5. When locking the anchor screws, the force should be uniform, and the tightness of each screw and nut should be the same to ensure that the high-speed punch press bed can be evenly pressed on the adjustment pad.

After adjustment, place it for 24 hours and then review the accuracy of the guide rail of the bed. If the change is large, it should be re-adjusted. If the change is not large, a fine adjustment should be performed. This repeated adjustment keeps the accuracy of the guide rail of the high-speed punch stable. After the high-speed press has been in operation for one year, the accuracy of the bed needs to be adjusted.
