High-speed punch maintenance principles

1. Workplace selection of high speed punch
  (1) Avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, avoid places that are too humid or dusty, try to use it in an air-conditioned environment, and keep the room temperature around 20°C. Since my country is in a temperate climate, affected by the monsoon, and has a large temperature difference, CNC machine tools with high precision and high price should be used in an air-conditioned room.
  (2) Avoid places with corrosive gases. Corrosive gases can easily deteriorate electronic components, or cause poor contact, or cause short circuits of components, affecting the normal operation of the machine tool.
  (3) Keep away from equipment with large vibration (such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc.). Anti-vibration measures (such as anti-vibration grooves, etc.) should also be adopted for high-precision machine tools.
  (4) Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference sources to make the machine work stably.

The high-speed machine tool is equipped with a suitable automatic programming system: manual programming is simple and easy to implement for part programs that are not too complicated in shape or have a small amount of programming. When the workpiece is more complex (such as cam or multi-dimensional space surface, etc.), the manual programming cycle is long (days or weeks), the accuracy is poor, and it is easy to make mistakes. Therefore, programming quickly and accurately has become an important link to improve the utilization rate of CNC machine tools; for this reason, it is best for qualified users to configure the necessary automatic programming system to improve programming efficiency.
  3. The high-speed punch is equipped with the necessary accessories and tools: In order to give full play to the processing capacity of the high-speed punch, the necessary accessories and tools must be equipped. Don't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a high-speed punch, because the lack of an accessory or tool of tens or hundreds of dollars will affect the normal operation of the whole machine. Since the unit price of accessories purchased by signing a separate contract is much higher than the unit price of accessories supplied with the host, companies with conditions should try to purchase wearing parts and other accessories together when purchasing the host.

  4. Preparation before processing: Before processing, the CNC machining process of the workpiece should be reviewed, and attention should be paid to the preparation of production technology (including workpiece CNC machining process analysis, processing program preparation, tooling and tool configuration, raw material preparation and trial cutting, etc.) Shorten production preparation time and fully improve the efficiency of high-speed punching. Reasonably arrange various workpieces suitable for high-speed punching, and arrange the rhythm required for the high-speed punching operation.
