The correct selection and reasonable use of stamping equipment will determine whether the production of C type high speed presses can proceed smoothly, and is closely related to product quality, mold life, production efficiency, and product cost.
The selection of the C-type high-speed punching machine is mainly determined according to the nature of the stamping process, the size of the production batch, the geometric shape, size and accuracy requirements of the stamping parts and other factors. There are many types of stamping equipment commonly used in stamping production. The following factors should be considered when selecting stamping equipment:
1. Whether the type and working form of stamping equipment are suitable for the process to be completed, and whether they meet the requirements of safe production and environmental protection. For the punching process, medium and small punching parts are usually ordinary punching machines. For large, medium and precision blanking parts, special C-type high-speed punching machines are used for fine blanking. Due to the slow speed and low efficiency of the hydraulic press, and the shock and vibration caused by sudden unloading at the end of punching, it is generally not used in the punching process.
2. Whether the pressure and power of the stamping equipment meet the requirements of the process to be completed.
3. Whether the die height, working table size, stroke, etc. of the stamping equipment are suitable for the die used in the process to be completed.
4. Whether the number of strokes of stamping equipment meets the requirements of production efficiency, etc.
