How to confirm whether the state of the high speed punch press is normal?

Only under normal conditions can the high speed punch press work normally. So, how to verify the normal state of the high speed punch?

Please confirm the following before operation:

1. Carrying capacity
The working pressure of the bearing capacity of the high-speed punch must be lower than the rated pressure. If the pressure is too high, it is necessary to install a hydraulic overload protection device, a safety device that can prevent punching failure, so before that, it is necessary to calculate the carrying capacity of the punch press. For long-term punching operations, it is best to keep the use capacity below 70%, so that there is only mechanical life.

2. Stamping capacity
The stroke of the high speed punching machine is related to the stamping stroke curve. It does not mean that any position of the slider can be reached. Generally speaking, it is only possible to reach more or less dead ends. For details, please refer to the factory's own instructions. Depending on the position of the stroke "curve", the punching capacity using the punching tonnage must be less than the normal parameters, otherwise it will cause damage to the clutch.

3. Energy capacity

The energy consumption in the process of energy release and the energy consumption in the process of flywheel movement are measured according to the weekly balance. If the operation exceeds the capacity for a long time, there will be electro mechanical easy jumping phenomenon, in order to prevent accidents, it must be carried out under the rated condition work to meet job requirements.
