However, in order to better maintain the application of mechanical equipment reasonably, the related antifreeze work is also very important. 1. The safety margin of the punch area should not be too large, that is, it should not exceed 10% of the calculated value.
2. The water output of the coil does not need to be very small. If the situation becomes malignant, it is recommended that the total flow should not be less than 0.115m/s.
3. When using variable flow monitoring, the outdoor 00 should be checked and the ℃ condition calculated.
4. When the heat medium of the punch is steam, the installation position of the steam trap should be 300mm away from the Duyu punch. In addition, the smart return water should flow from the punch to the return tank.
5. The flow direction of the heat medium of the punch press should be parallel to the flow direction of the gas, but today the flow direction of the heat medium is mostly opposite to the gas flow direction of the household punch press. This is naturally beneficial to the heat exchanger, but not conducive to antifreeze, especially when the heat medium is water, it is easier to freeze at a lower temperature.
