Lubrication of the ball head of the high speed punch

The ball head bowl and its associative parts structure is one of the core devices of the high speed punching machine, and three functions are mainly realized in the high speed punching machine:

First, the mold height adjustment of the punching slide;

The second is oil pressure overload protection and adjustment of the thread gap between the nut and the guide column screw to eliminate;

Third, the guide column screw drives the slider to be stamped with up and down reciprocating movement. Because the high-speed punching ball head bowl and its related parts structure to achieve many functions and complex structure, therefore, most of the ball head bowl structure currently used is immersed in oil lubrication, lubricating oil is stored in the oil chamber at the top of the punching machine, the lubricating oil flows down by gravity in the oil chamber, and then lubricates the ball head ball bowl and other parts, this lubrication method lubricating oil can not be recycled.

Because the oil-immersed lubricating oil pressure is close to zero, when the punch is working at high speed and heavy load, the ball head ball bowl is relatively fast, the contact surface gap is close to zero, and the lubricating oil is difficult to enter the contact surface, which is easy to produce problems such as ball head ball bowl heating, rapid wear, burns, etc., which in turn affects the running accuracy of the slider, resulting in the punching machine not working normally.
