Solutions for abnormal lubrication of high speed punch presses

1. The amount of lubricating oil in the high speed punch is too low, and the oil suction port cannot absorb oil, and oil needs to be supplied to the restricted part immediately.

2. The gas vapor pressure in the lubricating oil of the high speed punch press cannot come up. To discharge the gas in the oil, there is an exhaust pipe button or screw plug on the gasoline pump.

3. There are some lubricating points that are clogged and clogged. In general, high-speed punches use layer oil separators for residual oil distribution. Blocked lubrication points can cause all oil passages to become blocked. Check oil passages and each lubrication point. After finding the common fault points, it can be dealt with according to the cleaning method. It is recommended to find a technical professional maintenance teacher to assist in processing.

4. In addition, during the adjustment process of the high-speed punch, the wiring of the oil pump motor is likely to be wrong, and the liquid (gear oil pump) cannot be entered when the motor is turned over;

5. Oil that flows back to the car's fuel tank. The high-speed punch cannot absorb the oil because the filter screen of the oil suction hole is blocked by dirt. Need to remove the filter to wash and replace with new oil.
